What is our return policy?
- Products purchased from our website, gigacraft.ca, can only be exchanged or returned to our warehouse via mail. See details below.
- CLEARANCE OR FINAL SALE ITEMS cannot be returned or exchanged. See details below.
- If your products have been purchased through a RETAILER, please contact them directly for an exchange or a refund and get informed on their store policy.
- To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. RMA requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of order. Customer may be responsible for a restocking/service fee.
- All returns or exchanges must include a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) issued by GIGA CRAFT. RMA’s are valid for thirty (30) days from date issued. Products returned after the expiration date or without an RMA number may be refused or could be subject to a service charge.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. You may choose the delivery method at your discretion.
How to request a return or refund on products?
- To request a return on parts and accessories, please fill out the form below (bottom of the page) with your order number and email address used when the purchase was made.
- If you no longer have the receipt for your online purchase, please contact customer service to request a copy of your original receipt.
- Once your request for a return is approved/form completed and that you have a return merchandise authorization number :
- Pack securely the item in its original packaging (if possible) in the shipping box along with all instructions, parts and accessories.
- Cut the top part of the return authorization and attach the label to the return package; and put the bottom part in the package.
- Send all returns to :
- A refund will only be emitted once the product has been received and inspected at our warehouse facility. All refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase. You will receive an email notification that your refund has been emitted.
- You will see your refund on your credit card within 7 to 14 business days from the processing date. However, depending on your financial institution, it could take up to 30 business days for your funds to be reflected on your statement.
